Great water bottle. Needs less fragile lid.
The water reservoir is excellent, and the lid is leak proof and easy to drink from. It is easy to keep clean. It is the perfect stainless steel water bottle EXCEPT for the fragility of the lid. The lid is fragile. We have 4 of these water bottles and all of the lids have now either cracked from small falls or the pins are falling out of the handle. I would buy replacement lids on repeat if I could, because my family likes this water bottle so much. But, alas, Cotigo does not sell replacement lids and none of the generic ones seem to provide a leak-free fit.
On the plus side, Contigo’s customer service is excellent. We contacted them after the first lid cracked, and they were responsive.

Need replacement lids
Love the bottle and pop up lid. The lid cracked when my son dropped it. Trying to find a replacement lid for this stainless steel bottle. Can’t find a replacement lid. This is why I am giving 4 stars.

Best and much loved quality bottle
We love this water bottle very much and gifted to both the kids.
It holds the temperature really well with ice cube put in, still unmetled back from school.It keeps ice cold overnight too.
It’s easy to clean and very durable.Contigo is always a great brand - great insulation, no leakage, holds up well when I drop them but the new Ashland bottles are good standing.
The lock and open up are good and easy silicon nozzle is ray to sip and safe
This is the one We have been looking for so Five star rating as this product is very durable too.
Highly recommend to people who are looking for best and safe drinking bottle.

Great Water Bottle, Strongly Dislike the Lid
As always with Contigo, the insulated water bottle is great at keeping my water cold throughout the day. However, I have always liked the lids in the past. This one has a pop-up straw-type piece that is too thick and wide. From a hygiene standpoint, I feel like it's one that would hold a lot of germs and bacteria. I contacted Contigo to see if I could purchase a different lid (such as the snapseal one -- piece pops up with small hole for drinking below), and am not able to find a replacement.

Perfect for dance days, protected drink piece.
I purchased this for my daughter to take to her dance class during the week. Since she's there for hours it's perfect for keeping her drink nice and cold. I also purchased it because the entire mouthpiece is covered but conveniently pops up when desired (especially with Covid). Unlike other drink containers that the mouthpiece is exposed or attached to a straw which I hate to clean and wonder if I'm getting it clean. It's perfect and has everything I love and everything she needs.

Love the bottle, hate the lid.
Love the bottle, hate the lid. Bottle is awesome. Great for working out, hiking, bike riding - anywhere that is not convenient to have a straw. Love the colors. BUT the lid is horrible. The hole is in the center, NOT on the edge as most other designs are. It is too fragile - after a few uses, breaks. I love Contigo products. This is not the Contigo quality I expect.

Excellent cold retention effect. The color is cute too ♡
I'm glad I bought it.
The shape is not as slim as other manufacturers' products, but I personally like the cute silhouette.
The scratches are not noticeable either.
Above all, it feels clean.
