I love this water bottle
The bottle fits my hand, and I really like the way the Autoseal lid works. It’s easy to take a drink, but I’m confident that it won’t leak if it falls over. I bought one, then another, today bought 2 more.

Lids fail, no replacement options
The lids on these fail after a little while, and I can't find anywhere that they sell replacement lids. I find that really incredibly wasteful because the bottle itself has no issue. They just want you to spend the money to buy the whole thing again.

Lids break, but I can't find a replacement
Very frustrated, I received 2 bottles for Christmas, both lids have now broken. I have 2 bottles, no lids. I'm a fitness instructor, using bottles during class, sometimes I drop them. The bottles hold up, but the lids pop apart.

Almost perfect
I love this bottle, I use my bottles everyday all day. I have hand strength issues and drop or knock over open glasses so I use these instead.. love that I don't have to refill so often. A locking mechanism would make it perfect.

Nice idea but the top leaks.
Got water bottle as a gift. After several weeks top began to leak. Sent email to customer service and they sent me a new water bottle. The top is not available as a part replacement. After two weeks the top started leaking again. It leaks around a cap on top of water bottle. Customer service was great but I can’t keep replacing water bottles.

Truly is the best water bottle ever
I love love this water bottle because it is easy to clean has no hidden spots for mold to build up and the best part there is no straw. I am able to drink more water every day because of this water bottle I love it.

water bottle is wonderful.
bottle is great. my problem was I bought a 3 pack of these from Costco and 2 of the bottles were missing the seals. the 1 bottle with the seal is wonderful.
