Auto spout “straw” is NOT a straw
Water bottle is extremely well constructed and seems to be a very high-quality. I am extremely happy with everything except for the fact that I was expecting a straw when the bottle has a spout and 64 ounces is a lot of weight to have to lift and control while attempting to drink from the spout without spilling all over yourself

Great Bottle Except...
When I drink out of this bottle it leaks, so I do not understand the term leak proof. I do like the durability of the bottle as well. Unfortunately I just called customer service and had a horrible experience. I could not hear her because her microphone was muffled on top her accent made it a miserable call. I did understand that she could not replace it with the same product because it is out of stock, but they would send a 32 oz bottle out...that is half the size I just wanted to get off the phone!!! Whatever Contigo...Bring jobs back to the USA!!!

Autospout needs to be connected to a STRAW!!!
64 oz of water, seemingly designed for game day since advertised "safe drinking on the sidelines or in dugout" but kids are supposed to lift this oversized bottle and chug water through the oversized spout that moves as you drink. Mind-boggling! The autospout, which per the description is supposed to "pop up to access straw," is a large opening big enough for a piece of ice to slip through, splashes water in your face and does stay still while you're drinking. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. Not only does that occur but water gets trapped in the top seam of the body during cleaning. I really expect more from this brand when it comes to quality and performance. I'm realizing you have to choose between water quantity and temperature. The well designed bottles are not insulated and the insulated bottles are clearly not designed well. Contigo needs to pull this and completely redesign this bottle because options are way too scarce for this to be the only one available to consumers.

Huge Fan of Contigo Bottles
Saw in Walmart. Looks amazing. Feels comfortable in the hand (unfilled). A bit confusing at first touch but definitely one to add to the collection. Waiting for Walmart to put out the blue. Only reason why I didn't purchase right then and there. Have tons of black and clear Contigo Bottles.

Best bottle
I actually like this better than my $60 yeti I have. It does not leak. Stays cold all day. The lid locks. Large opening to drink from. Comfortable handle. I am extremely impressed at the quality for this price

Leaks like crazy!!
I wanted a large secure bottle. Unfortunately this is not it. The lid does not screw on tightly. It is lose and will not turn any more, and it leaks like crazy when trying to pour or sip. Perhaps it is defective, but very disappointing.

You will get soaking wet using this Jug.
The jug feels solid, but something with the lid doesn't actually seal properly. You will get a shower every time you lift the jug up to drink. It's to the point where I have gone back to using a 10 year old competitor product because this thing gets the floor soaking wet. DO NOT BUY THIS THING.
Contigo shakers are great (or at least, they used to be) clearly they are cutting corners in QA.

Unusable bottle
I am unable to open the bottle. I consistently buy Contigo and have always given the products 5 stars. Not so on this. Any help would be good so I do not have to return it.
