Rated 5 out of 5 by from One on the best on market!!! The thermos is of extremely high quality, as it keeps the temperature for a long time, both cold and hot because of the great insulation. It has fallen many times and apart from minor external damage, nothing has changed or been damaged. It is very easy to clean, disassembles well and opens easily, but despite this, it does not spill at all, it is completely airtight. It is quite light and very convenient to drink from, as the spout opens completely. It is cool that the upper part from which you drink is completely closed, that is, everything is very clean. I highly recommend it

PLEASE sell replacement lids or replacement lid parts (gaskets)! You sell a great product - stand behind it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than a YETI!! Yep, I said what I said!!! I received a monogrammed YETI as a gift and was expecting to do away with my Jackson Chill (Jade). By far, my Jackson is 1000x better than my YETI at keeping my drinks cold. I don’t have to worry about spills due to the Auto Lock feature AND it fits in standard car cup holders. And when I say it keeps my drinks cold, I mean ICE COLD for at least 48 hours. My YETI can barely make it 24 hours, doesn’t fit well in my car cup holders (and I have a large SUV) but it is easier to clean .The only reason why I can’t give it a 5 is because the silicone disk that helps keep the bottle sealed when closed is hard to clean. Due to the design, mold can get between the disk and the top of the lid. Also, as I’ve dropped it a few times, so it’s a little banged up on the bottom. I like the look of my YETI as it is monogrammed so it’s easy to identify, especially if I leave it under a chair at a dance competition (yes, I am she 😆), but functionally, I can depend on my Jackson every single time. Coleman - you’ve got a superior product to YETI. Act like it! 🙂

Since she's there for hours it's perfect for keeping her drink nice and cold. I also purchased it because the entire mouthpiece is covered but conveniently pops up when desired (especially with Covid). Unlike other drink containers that the mouthpiece is exposed or attached to a straw which I hate to clean and wonder if I'm getting it clean. It's perfect and has everything I love and everything she needs.

I love the spout that pops up with the push of a button and how it keeps my drinks ice cold all day long!! The straw part is flexible and the perfect shape, I know it sounds weird but I don't have to purse my lips to sip and that's great because less wrinkles! My son brings it daily to school, and also uses at home, and the bottle has never once leaked because of the AUTOPOP top. It keeps his water cold and is easy to clean in our dishwasher. I take mine on the go and it fits perfectly in the cup holder in my car. I love Contigo water bottles and this one is a favorite in our household.

I haven’t noticed any mold or other issues that I’ve noticed with some water bottles, it’s easy to clean and it’s never leaked. Great choice. I love the button to press to easily open it to take a sip and the lock function to prevent spills.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love the bottle, hate the lid. Love the bottle, hate the lid. Bottle is awesome. Great for working out, hiking, bike riding - anywhere that is not convenient to have a straw. Love the colors. BUT the lid is horrible. The hole is in the center, NOT on the edge as most other designs are. It is too fragile - after a few uses, breaks. I love Contigo products. This is not the Contigo quality I expect.

They are genuinely leak proof and so easy to clean! & can be chucked in the dishwasher. We have now converted all bottles hot and cold to Contigo because it is a genuinely brilliant brand. The shape is not as slim as other manufacturers' products, but I personally like the cute silhouette. The scratches are not noticeable either. Above all, it feels clean. The material is very non-resistant to small blows, as I had said, I used it for 3 months and it already had dents throughout the bottle and they were very small blows, although it fulfills its function of keeping the water cold.

She has said really good things about the cup. I have also tried it myself and was very pleased to see that it did infact keep things cold and/or hot. Great product!!

It’s also just too small for convenience. Unless you are constantly around a water source, you can either have water or ice no choice for both.
