Contigo Plastics
I prefer the Contigo stainless steel jugs, as they keep my water much colder for a longer period of time. However, the plastic jugs - like the Cortland - are much lighter to carry. They do leak on rare occasions, but it’s very infrequent and I AM rough with them. The straws do make a bizarre noise while sucking sometimes, although I don’t embarrass easily, so I don’t particularly care. Not a fan of cleaning out the pop up part of the straw either. It can get super gross, super fast. I have one of those little brushes for this, but truthfully prefer a q-tip. As a whole, these outrank the majority of similar jugs out there, with the exception of the company’s own metal/stainless bottles. 4 out of 5 for me!

Not insulated but decent for on-the-go use.
Nice looking bottle with a sleek design that fits well in my hand. I really like the one handed opening feature because it makes it significantly easier to open while im hiking with my trekking stick. The lock feature is also a nice touch so it doesn't open while in my bag or when it's clipped on. The mouthpiece is a bit wide but isn't too large that it feels awkward, the "straw" is removable which makes it much easier to keep clean. My only issue is that since it's not insulated my the ice tends to melt pretty quickly and my drink gets warm after about 8 hours.

A tough, lightweight alternative to stainless steel hydration containers
The reusable Ashland water bottle was easily carried on my trip to Disney World. It held up through drops over multiple days without any leakage. It was a great alternative to using bottled water. It kept the water cool but required filling with ice more than my stainless steel cups.

I got this bottle for school so I was constantly using it but I remember it being horrible, it leaked all the time and made a awful whistling sound if you drank through it. Its definitely safe because of the button on it to open it but material wise it’s a horrible bottle I dropped it about 1ft high and it broke just from 1ft. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!!!

great water bottle! First-the color is fun and energizing. second- holds enough water for a long hike or workout and keeps it cold! this bottle fits my hand and my cars cupholder perfectly. the rasy to use spout is wonderful and is leakproof.
mostnimportant to me is the wntire bottle, cap spout is easy to clean and sanitize.
