Product issue, but great customer service!
My first thoughts about this product was it was horrible. I couldn't even get the lid off of the cup. So it was useless. That being said, I contacted Contigo about it, and they sent me a second cup. The customer service was amazing, and I love the new cup! I haven't had any issues with it, and it is great!

Spills Galore
I purchased this size and the 18 oz in July 2019 and they have leaked with every use. I have never tipped them over or over filled. These leak at the lid and cup seal and at the straw hole. Yesterday, I simply picked up the cup and turned around and set it down on another counter and liquid gushed out the top and sides. I appreciate the replacement policy with a new product, but both replacements also leak. Waste of time and money. Will not purchase again.

Keeps thing realy cold for a really long time.
I have been using this cup for several years now, I really like it. When assembled correctly, it really is spill proof. When assembled correctly it takes some effort to use the straw, but that's what you get if you want spill proof. I generally use my own straw, so it's mostly spell proof. I wash it in the dishwasher all the time, and it's only in the last few months that the black has started to chip away. Years, I've been washing it in the dishwasher for years! It is particularly great for work and errands. You fill it with ice and water in the morning, and you can refill it all day with water.
I'm visiting the website today looking for another cup. I don't actually need another cup. Instead of buying something I'm leaving this review.

Keeps Drinks Cold and Looks Great
Love the tumbler. Keeps drinks cold/cool for hours. The only real problem is that somehow my beard keeps getting caught in the seal along the edge of the top.
