Warranty Replacement

While we would love to give you the exact same product it’s not always possible. Our stock levels are constantly changing so we may need to replace your product with a slightly different color or a similarly featured model.
After we receive your information and photos, we will contact you within five business days with the results of your claim.

We typically process warranty claims within 2-3 weeks. Once we review them, we’ll reach out and let you know whether or not your warranty has been approved. If your warranty has been approved, we’ll include next steps. Either way, you’ll hear from us.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Workmanship issues
  • Defective products
  • Mugs, bottles, and replacement lids
  • Products purchased in the US and Canada

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Dents and scratches
  • Fading and paint chips
  • Accidental damage (like a dropped product)
  • Product misuse and improper care
  • Cleaning-related issues
  • Accessories (like straws and brushes)
No, unfortunately, we don’t have parts (gaskets, seals, etc.) to ship out. But if your warranty claim is approved, we’ll do you one better and replace your whole product.
We try to make it as easy as we can, so we’ve included pictures of all of our products. Select the category of your product (Mugs, Water Bottles, etc) and look for the model and color that’s closest to your product.
We do our best, but due to inventory changes we cannot always replace your product with the same color or exact model. If that’s the case, we’ll replace your product with something very close — either a slightly different color or a model with similar features.

It may be faster to return your product to the retailer you purchased from, however this is not required.

If you believe your product qualifies for the warranty, simply fill out the form (you do not need an order number) and we will review it accordingly.

To submit a warranty claim, go to the Lifetime Guaranteeform form and select "I have a problem with my product" as your Reason for Contacting. Within the form, you will be required to submit photos of your product in order for us to better understand the issue. Please include a photo of the lid, as well as a photo showing the issue at hand.
