To submit a warranty claim, go to the Contact Us form and select "I have a problem with my product" as your Reason for Contacting. Within the form, you will be required to submit photos of your product in order for us to better understand the issue. Please include a photo of the lid, as well as a photo showing the issue at hand.
After we receive your information and photos, we will contact you within ten to fifteen business days the results of your claim. Claims are processed in the order they are received.
While we would love to give you the exact same product it’s not always possible. Our stock levels are constantly changing so we may need to replace your product with a slightly different color or a similarly featured model.

It may be faster to return your product to the retailer you purchased from, however this is not required.
