Great product, need replacement lids
Our family has been buying Contigo for years and we love them. Functional, stylish, safe steel and minimal non-BPA plastic and recent models are easier to clean. However, the lids always seem to break down or break from a fall and there is no replacement lid offered. I buy these to minimize throwing away things into landfills, but thats what we have to do. Please offer a replacement lid for purchase, so that money is not wasted and we minimize our impact.

Great but.....
I've been a Contigo West Loop fan for many years. I love that these travel mugs keep hot drinks hot and never leak....until the lids start giving out as they always do. Mugs will last forever, but lids fall apart within a year of regular use so they are good for nothing the landfill. I really wish this company could design a lid as durable as their mugs, or at least through in a few backup lids with each mug purchase.

Wish I could buy extra lids
Had my two cups for a few years and I love them. Unfortunately one of the lid is slowly dying and I wish I could buy just an extra lid instead of having to throw my mug out. The cup itself is so sturdy! Why not make it possible to buy extra lids? :/

Never leak always hot coffee
I have 2 of these. My coffee always stays hot. It has never leaked. The auto close function has prevented many an embarrassing spill.
The fill line indicator inside the mug is clear. Fill to the line, no leaks. Fill over the line and it leaks.

THE BEST EVER!
This is the best mug for keepung coffee hot! I drive for a living. I stop and fill my mug up at 6am and my coffee is still hot after my 2nd stop at 8am This mug has even kept my coffee warm until 3pm. The time I forgot that I still had coffee in it! My wife went to wash it and there was still warm coffee in it! IF YOU LIKE HOT COFFEE THIS IS THE this is the product for you

My only coffee cup.
I’ve been using this product for about 10 years now. There is no other for me It’s so convenient to drink out of I even use it for bike riding, and the one-handed operation is one of the best features. The only complaint I would have is the plastic top gets a little bit dirty, and I have to clean it out with my technique: I feel it about 2/3 of the way with boiling water and then I shake it. I turn it upside down and the water comes out of the air passages and often times it pushes out some black gunk. Like I said, that’s the only complaint. I wish they would make a little easier way to open the thing up and clean it.

Best no leak bottle ever
Keeps my water ice cold all day, sometimes there is still ice in it the next day! Love the no leak, east to drink from and clean lid. These bottles last forever!
