Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new favorite travel mug! I absolutely love using this Contigo Travel Mug. I usually pour my coffee in there in the mornings, and the travel mug keeps it hot all day! This is a 20oz mug, which is a perfect amount. The travel mug can also be used for cold drinks too. It’s double insulated and have a tight lid and lock on it, so I don’t have to worry about spills. The handle is comfortable to hold and it fits into my cup holder very nicely. I truly enjoy using this travel mug and definitely recommend it to others!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good to keep liquids hot, can't drink directly 🤷‍ Bought the mug from Amazon. Thought it would be great to have after reading the reviews. One thing was left out. This mug isn't made for you to drink from directly but to pour into another drinking glass first... 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ this is only obvious when you try to open the snapseal cover to drink and it opens only enough for you to pour the contents and not to drink from.... hope this can be fixed for future iterations, if any. Disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice product, but haven't had it long enough, yet. I just purchased it from a big brand store. Nov2023 Black Friday. Great thermo 20 oz tumbler mug with handle, keeps things hot and cold, for long periods of time. And does not leak. But, only reason a 4 star is because the lid does not tighten to a spot to sip the drink at a comfort spot. I wasn't too keen on the lid design at first. My nose is not big, but you definitely need to tilt your head back to drink more than a sip from it. Definitely design as a sipping lid. I was hoping I could put a straw in it, to help keep my head up. But, no. I understand that it is a state of the art unique design to keep it leak and spill proof. But, not sure if it will hold up for the long haul. The soft rubber sealing plug, seems to be kinda thin. I actually bought a 20 oz tumbler from another big brand store, and the lid does the same thing, on this mug, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the handle I love my new Contigo Supperior 2.0 20oz Travel Mug in Pine Berry. Such a pretty color. The handle is great for Golding and grabbing when you have full hands. I like that it’s 20 oz and that holds a lot. The lid has a snap in that closes off and leaking when snapped shut. When you pop it open then your liquid flows freely. The cup keeps you liquid hot when you need it hot and cold when you need it cold. Easy to clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size travel mug with handle! The prefect size travel mug at 20 fl. oz. Love that there is an easy to hold handle. Mug is leak-proof with the snapseal lid. The shape of the mug is easy to clean. The lid is dishwasher safe, but the body requires hand washing. Mug can keep liquid hot for 7 hours and cold for 18 hours. Mug fits in my car cup holder. I use it to safely transport my morning coffee to work.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Snapseal will not open without a tool This is my second Snapseal Contigo mug. The first one worked perfectly so I bought a second. The problem with this one is that the snap seal when snapped in place does not open without a tool of some sort. Not handy when you're on the go! I wish I could buy another lid and see if it worked better, but I cannot find anywhere that sells the lids only. I am bummed!

I hate having to go back to the kitchen and refill or heat up my coffee. This mug has been amazing because I can get a big cup of coffee to drink off of for an hour or so and even without the top on the big, it stays warm through my whole morning craziness!!

If you have a deeper cup holder it may not fit due to the handle. This keep hot drinks hot for hours at a time. Same with cold but you can’t feel the temperature while holding it. Great mug overall!

Unfortunately all too soon the mechanism that allowed coffee to flow broke so this pricey cup is worthless . Sadly I just purchased a second one which, based on other reviews, undoubtedly will break down in a short time.

My hot drinks remain hot for many hours- so if you are in need of a mug to keep hot drinks hot and your cold drinks cold then I recommend this mug.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good insulation I like the shape, great insulation and the handle on this travel mug. But the lid is very hard to loosen and fiddly to get back on exactly right. I know it's probably made that way so it doesn't leak, hopefully it will loosen up a bit with use. I also prefer a bit larger hole for drinking.

This is the worst design for a handle. I personally need a handle. Yeti might be a better choice for me because the handle is built into the cup design not an attachment.

The snap open lid is great also. The mug is sturdy and fits perfectly into a cup holder. Definitely grab this if you are looking for a new travel mug!

My blouse got wet when I took a sip from it. Have to open it to drink from it . I recommend this item it’s good just the leaking.

The lid fits securely and no leakage. My beverage stayed at a nice temperature for the better part of my morning so this is my go to travel mug.
