Great product
I absolutely love the design on this product it has such a nice sleek design and it is heavy duty. I love its stainless inside that way it keeps your drink cold for hours after pouring it in. It also keeps your drink hot for a long period of time also. I love the flip top for ease of drinking without spilling out when not drinking. It also holds quite a bit in it. The seal is really nice also and does not leak. All in all this is a great cup and I will be buying more of these in the future. I highly recommend trying this out if you need something to keep your drink cold or hot for long periods of time it does a great job and it such a great product.

Quality bottle for sure!
My first thought was, "Wow, what a gorgeous bottle!" Honestly, the design is top notch. The bottle is solidly made, and the lid is innovative as heck. It absolutely leak proof. It has an easy to sip hole on one side and a snap closure on the other. Once it's closed, NOTHING is coming out of that bad boy. Very travel friendly. Even the part where you drink out of is made to where it's super hard to spill. And I think the amount of liquid it holds is perfect for convenience and sufficiency. And yes, it does absolutely keep beverages cold for a wonderfully long time (at least a whole day in high 90 weather for me!)

Lid sucks
I've had my cups for just about 4 months and have had to throw away 2 lids. The ring comes out and leaks everywhere and there area no replacement lids! Waste of money!

Pretty and Practical
Has a really nice design and keeps things cold for about 24 hours. I filled my contigo around 8am one morning with ice and water and the next day around the same time when I went to pour it out, the ice was still in it!

The best mugs in the market!
I was extremely surprised to receive a brand new Contigo mug (which I found out was the wrong size - 16 oz - when I put them side by side, but that was my own fault, I thought mine was smaller than it was - 20 oz- ). I was expecting information on where to buy a replacement lid for the rubber part that went missing after hand washing it, but instead, I was given a brand new mug in the same style. I own 6 Contigo products and only had an issue with this one, it’s not a lie when it says lifetime warranty! Thank you for your excellent customer service and amazing products!

No Leaks Holds proper temperature for hours
This lid never ever leaks! I wash it by hand as suggested. I add water to my powdered drink mix put the lid on and shake it vigorously without spilling a drop. It keeps things cold or hot (depending on what I'm drinking) for hours. I start my day at 8:30am when I get done at 5 pm my drink may not be ice cold or piping hot but they are definitely warm or cool (again depending on what I was drinking in the am!). I got the speckled one and it's really nice looking to. Design is great. It fits into cup holders and is comfortable to hold on to.

Keeps coffee hot however….
The lid rings are trash. I can’t even use mine any more. Been fighting with it for a while and it has finally left. So I guess but a new kid or buy a new mug but it won’t be this type

Best coffee travel mugs
Keeps coffee hot and can also be used with cold drinks. I have bought at least 10 of these mugs in various colors and have given them out as gifts. Reasonable price. Would recommend
