Union Construction Truck Driver STRONG......!!!!!!
I'm a Union Construction Truck Driver. This is my third Contigo west loop. The first two are 16oz. in size, and still work great after 7 years. My new West Loop is a 20oz. This product is strong and takes the construction live very well. Thanks for making a product worth the money.

Poor lid design
The lip of the cap protrudes too high and makes it difficult to place lips on it. The 2.0 version was the best and once again, some design team team decided to make a great product and make it bad. Oh well, will return the 3.0 and look for another brand. After 12 years of using contigo products, they have successful made their design worse and lost a longtime customer!

Poor performance lid
I definitely do not like this lid. My previous Meg’s were the “AUTOSEAL® West Loop Vacuum-Insulated Stainless Steel Travel Mug with Easy-Clean Lid.” These newer lids have a dip into the drinking hole and the seal is lower. This leaves a small amount of liquid in the dip so when shaken, the liquid splashes. I hope the old lids come back or these are improved. These are definite messy, and I do not recommend purchasing.

I have a few of these in 16 Oz. I absolutely love West Loop. Can't convince me of any other brand !!! Love where the spout is!! WON'T use any other brand!!

Perfect except can't put stickers on it
Wonderful mug in almost every way. Doesn't leak, well insulated, lock button is great, easy to clean. The ONLY reason I took off 1 star is that stickers don't stay on the marbled texture! I am a sticker fan & this disappoints! Hey Contigo, how about a West Loop 3.0 16 oz in a smooth surface in great colors??

Affordable, durable, leak proof
After losing my first Cintigo travel coffee mug, I searched for another like it but had no success. Then I finally found your mugs again and will NEVER purchase any other mug because there is no other better mugs that can beat Contigo gear thank you for always coming through for your customers 👏👏👏

Small Lid Part Lost Causes Leaking
I have owned several of these. The only drawl is the small piece that prevents the liquid from leaking eventually come out and down the drain! I have 4 20 oz. mugs I cannot use just because all have lost that tiny piece! Wish I could buy that replaced piece. I use my mug every single day and having to buy an entirely new mug at $49.99 is ridiculous.
