Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad lid design The newer lid design with the recessed hole makes it hard to get a good seal with your mouth when drinking. Turns the mug into a dribble glass, especially after a trip to the dentist and your lips are numb. Old Contigo lids were fine. Going to have to find a new brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Bottle Excellent travel mug. It seals VERY well. We have had both hot and cold drinks held in it and it does not leak. Additionally, the drinks stay both hot and cold. Bottle is easy to clean and a nice weight (not too heavy to hold and not to light that it tips easily.

It keeps all of my drinks cold and keeps my ice from melting so quickly. It also keeps my drinks hot when I am drinking hot drinks. I have recommended this mug to everyone.

It keeps my coffee hot for hours and if I put hot water in it while I am making the coffee to pre-heat it, it keeps it hot even longer!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best water bottles Just loved the vacuum insulated water bottle. It keeps water hot for about 5years and you can store cold beverages for up to 8hours. It is handy and light weight. I highly recommend this product. I now carry my favorite hot coffee to office.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ok travel cup I like how it keeps the contents hot but, the button is hard to press and it opens the vent first and scalding liquid leaks out all over my upper lip. I was used to an older version that didn't have that issue. Definitely a learning curve.

The push button is so easy and I love the locking feature. Best part is that both the lid and body are dishwasher safe. I will be buying more.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad choice This mug is insulated so assumed it would hold hot coffee too. I burnt my lips really bad the first sip of coffee from this mug. Be sure your coffee is cold because the stainless steel lid will burn your lips!
