Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! Very well thought out I am handicapped, so the fact that the lid and the handle are together so the handle is always in the correct position is vital (also you can drink from both sides so if you are right OR left handed it doesn't matter) unlike some with the handle fixed in one place, you screw the lid on and it is hit or miss (usually miss) to drink out of it and be able to hold the handle as you drink. Also a tip: it stays cold (or hot) much longer if you LOCK the drink/can't drink lock. Don't know why but it does. It is also handy if you don't want it to spill; sometimes if it falls over and the lid is depressed while in the unlock position it will spill a few drops or more depending on how long it is pressed. I have owned a LOT of insulated mugs and this is the best engineered one I have ever had, I actually bought 4 of them, gave 2 to my son and daughter and kept 2 for myself. Oh, want to add if you can't press button down and get liquid to come even when it is unlocked it is probably because the tab that sticks down on inside of top has gotten pushed up towards lid. (that is where it opens up to clean the lid, (it says push to clean right on the tab, just noticed) you press the inside tab away from the side of the lid, pull down and the inside is exposed so you can clean it) I threw one top away thinking it was broken and then figured it out with my other one that the tab was too far up inside, making the lid "locked" all the time while still being able to slide the outer lock/unlock tab.
