WRONG BOTTOM
ABSOLUTE WORST design for a TALL Mug. Constantly tipping over with the slightest bump-empty or full has no bearing on the outcome. Your bottom curature does not take in account the center of gravity-this results in a top heavy mug eaisly tipped. MAKE IT FLAT.

Waste of money.
This cup isn't great.
1. You CANNOT open this with one-hand.
2. It DOES NOT keep drinks hot longer than an hour.
3. It is only spill-proof when lid is cold & helps keep drink hot. So if you forget to close it, it will lose its temperature.

Poor quality, leaks
This model is a failure. Contigo replaced one I bought six months ago and the new one leaked within a month with just handwashing. It leaked all over my car, book bag and clothes. The asked if I wanted another replacement of the same model?!

Love this mug
I love this mug and have several. It is my go to mug even when drinking my morning chai at home. After several years I am having a problem with one cover always leaking and lost the rubber stopper to another. How do I get replacements?

Terrible open design
I did like the design of this container. I don’t like that it’s hard to open. I also dislike that it sprays coffee everywhere I do open the top. It wasn’t worth paying for, now I have to Spend more money buying another coffee cup

Very good coffee mug
It is probably the best travel mug I have owed overall. It keeps coffee hot for 3 hours average. The only problem I've had is the lid leaks because the washer or seal gets curled. This happens somewhere around year 2.

Poor design and no replacement parts
Came with my Delonghi coffee maker and seemed like a nice addon. Terrible choice Delonghi. Plunger head that seals the opening fell off two weeks later and lost. Now the contain is no better than an open cup.

Great mug, keeps liquid hot for a while.
This mug keeps coffee HOT for quite a while! When closed properly, it doesn't leak at all! It's a little hard to open the spout, and almost always sprays out a little when opened. Overall, a great, reliable mug.

Leaks!!!
I loved my first cup so much I got 2 more plus sippy cups for my grand kids. Now the lid on the second cup I bought leaks. It leaked all over my work bag and paper work. Is there any way to replace the lids?

Snapseal lid is a pain.
Love the temperature capabilities but the snap seal lids are a pain. Before buying, make sure you can actually lift the lid. Secondly, after time, the lid does get harder to open. Otherwise, it's good.

Not great if you like hot coffee
My coffee is lukewarm by the time I get to work. I am very disappointed with this because the cup I drink on the way to work stays warmer in an open container...My work commute is 20 minutes.

Great insulated bottle
Have two of the bottles for years, very durable and leak-proof. Fits in car cup holder. Hold the heat pretty good around 4 hours warm tea. I wish I could purchase additional lids for it

My tea stays warm but paint is coming off after Contigo claims the cup is dishwasher safe. Also, the rubber ring band around lid eventually comes off and is impossible to get back on.
