One said he loves cold water and now he can have it all day long. I have a coffee drinker that said she can not believe how warm her coffee stays. You now have 4 more contigo lovers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I had an old mug with no lid, it kept ice for 24 hours. I bought a new one with a snap seal and it does NOT keep ice or my tea cold for more than 6 hours. I'm sooo disappointed with this purchase. I paid around $20 for it at Walmart. My next purchase will not be your brand.

My only complaint is that the o rings eventually go bad or fall out and get lost. I can only use one now. Please help me get replacement o rings! I checked Amazon and the Contigo site and found nothing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Leak proof easy clean lid. Hard to find that combo Took me a while to find a mug that had a leak proof lid but that was also easy to clean. This guy does both of those. It keeps my coffee nice and toasty even when the mug is placed in my freezing cold drink holders in the car on winter mornings. Easy to drink from also.

Spills are not a problem because it seals completely shut. It works so well I got others in different sizes and styles. Love all my Contigo products!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Is this supposed to be disposable? The lid works for about a month. Then you have to throw it away because the lid leaks. No replacement lids are available anywhere. The seal inside the lid is IMPOSSIBLE to put back into the lid once it comes out. And it will come out, then the mug and lid are USELESS

However, I have purchased 2 in the last 2 months and the seals come loose, the lids leak , and I end up with coffee stains on my clothes. The exact same mugs Purchased in the past did not have this problem.

My biggest complaint is that after the second wash, I unknowingly lost the rubber stopper and almost burn my nuts off when my coffee spilled onto my lap at the freeway entrance

I only wish...it came with OR there was an optional top with a grabber like a lot of the water bottles - example AUTOSEAL® Cortland.

Used to keep coffee hot for hours, but with the new ones I am lucky if coffee is lukewarm after 1 hour. Time to look for new Travel mugs that work well and keep the coffee hot a little longer than 1/2 to 1 hour.

The only "complaint" I have, is that it does not fit under my Keurig.... but no one to blame there. Also bought as a gift, receiver loves the cup as much as I do!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stays hot with no leaks I bought 3. Great for my coffee keeps it hot for hours and I can shake it turn it upside down and no leaks! I've used it for cold liquids too - performs just as well. My only suggestion is one with a nice handle maybe because the rubber grip splits over time.

If it cannot withstand that small of a drop without a major failure, it should not be advertised as "Leak Proof" What a waste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love mine! I work outside, 10 hours days. I never go without my mug. I have 2 of the Byron. I return to the car at 5 pm and I still have warm coffee! So easy to seal, clean. I will buy more because I live the colors too. Make more of the burgundy/purples please!!

Because of the thermal qualities, I never have to reheat my coffee. Because of the 20 oz capacity, it's like having 2 hot grandes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice mug but coffee does not stay warm long Bought a second mug, there is a noticable difference between the two. First one keeps coffee hot for a solid 8 hours, the second barely keeps it warm for 2 hours. The second one I've had for 3 weeks, and not impressed.
