From the day I received mine I have used it daily, especially during the summer time. I was so shocked at how long ice water remained ice water. I believe it was well over eighteen hours. The ice was still whole..I LOVE THIS THERMOS!!! I am looking into making a purchase of my own. I recommended it to my sister and she purchased her own and loves it as well..

Contigo stands behind the product because of the solid construction. They keep water ice cold and coffee hot enough to enjoy for hours (no one wants a burnt lip so cool it first). I recommend their products highly. Never disappointed with their wonderful Customer Service and Warranty. A purchase I have never regretted. And I often have buyer's remorse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 20oz Byron Contigo Really love using this Stainless steel tumbler. Keeps my coffee hot for several hours. I love the snap down spill proof lid. It fits perfectly in my cup holder in the car! Love the round cylinder shape it's the perfect size! I like to choose the 20oz it's not overwhelming and just enough to enjoy! When I finish my coffee I just unscrew the top and my preferences is a bottle cleaner for easy cleaning! I highly recommend this Contigo Cup!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent cup with one small caveat I've used contigo for years now. Excellent quality and durability. The only issue I have with my current cups are the rubber seals in the lid. I purchased 4 of the Byron cups and they all have the same issue. After the first wash the rubber seal does not want patty in its track anymore.I've tried everything I can think of to get it to seat properly again to no avail. So I and up using a different cup. A shame since I live my contigos.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite travel bottle of all time I bought this bottle on sale. Initially liked the snapseal lid design. I ended one evening with a cold beverage, became sleepy and was too lazy to take the mug to the kitchen. Only ice remained in the bottle and when I arose the next morning I expected to dump water from it. The ice was intact with little (if any) water in the bottom. I returned to the point of purchase and bought 3 more to keep in my camper. Love this bottle!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Logo on mouthpiece is annoying.To get rid of it... ...I used a conical bit sander and sanded off the logo to make it smooth. Now every time I take a sip of tea or coffee my lips are not going up against the uneven annoying surface where crud and caffeine stains accumulate. My experience is now pleasant and no need to use a toothbrush to clean into the crevices of the logo near the drink hole. You should do the same and experience the marked difference in your drinking experience!

The snapseal travel mugs were my absolute favorite, so I decided to replace the ones that were lost. I purchased two new ones. One of them was defective and didn’t keep anything hot. I contacted Contigo and they replaced it immediately with no issues. I appreciate the quality of customer service! I will definitely buy again when they’re needed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what it says it will do! I have had mine for a little over a year now and love it everytime! It keeps the liquids secure and hot! My only complaint is the paint. I don't throw mine around or slam it down but just from washing and wear and tear the bottom of the mug has chipped paint. The new matte black mug looks to solve this problem with a stainless stell circle around the the bottom. Its minimal and doesn't affect the performance. Love it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Upper lip burns. Liquid is not even hot for 2hr Today I bought this mug from target. I hate this mug. My upper lips burns and not the liquid is not even hot for 2hr, but the product says 6hrs. I'm planning to return it. I need lid like they give in Starbucks cup.

I returned the first mug I got thinking that it was just a faulty mug, but my new one still leaks. I don't like having coffee all over my hands and my desk.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Better coffee mug We have had a couple different styles of Contigo coffee mugs. My husband bought 4 Snapseal ones for Christmas and uses one everyday. They definitely keep his coffee hot/warm for up to 6 hours, but this week the lid seal failed and it leaks. I handwash all of my dishes, so there is no reason for this failure. I'd really like to get a replacement lid rather than throw out the entire mug. Anyone else with this issue?

(I carry two mugs) for water and coffee.)They are easily cleaned, rugged, and keep your beverage at the right temperature for hours! I have small hands for an adult and these mugs are comfortable. My one complaint is that the rubber seal can come loose and can be difficult to reinstall. (Especially when you're in a hurry!) My go-to daily travel mug

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great mug! I purchased this mug 3 years ago - had heard great things about contigo mugs and how hot they keep drinks. I use this mug every day to make tea at home, after which I throw it into my school bag. Tea stays hot for 3 hours (and that is coming from someone who likes her tea VERY hot), and I have had no issues with spilling. I never worry about leaks when I throw this mug into my school bag. Highly recommended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this cup Love the cup keeps my hot drinks hot and it hold ice for my cold drinks for a long time only down side I have noticed is after I have my ice coffee drinks and wash it it tends to smell like sour milk for a couple of days. I have bought sponge made for tall cups to see if that helped but it still smells I have to take the little stopper out and use a qtip on it to make sure there is no liquid left in there

I especially love any in any shade of pink lol You show one in the color pine berry on your site but have no where to buy it. Will you ever have somewhere that sell's it?? I have been checking for months to see if it is being sold yet. Thank you for a great product!!!!

The rubber seal popped out AGAIN, coffee leaking everywhere. Don't think I'll be purchasing this brand again. Now that I'm reading the reviews, its obvious that there's a serious flaw/defect in the seal that leaves the mug useless. It's only a matter of time (months) before this happens. Very disappointing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks like a Sieve Lid leaks, they say leakless but the gasket, sharp edge and threads aren't properly aligned. The edge is sharp so it grabs, rolls and removes the gasket as the lid is tightened. If you don't stop tightening the lid at the right spot you'll be wearing your coffee. To little and it leaks to much and it leaks. Poor design absolute garbage, 10 out of 10 will never buy another Contigo product again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best travel mug ever! I am the type of person that likes their coffee HOT, this mug keeps it hot for hours. I also love the fact that it doesn't leak. If I drop it, I don't have to worry about getting coffee all over the place or spilling it if I knock it over. The only complaint I have is with the lid. Sometimes it is hard to snap it open & you have to clean the inside rim very well or it will get residue on the seal.

I bought Grayed Jade color and it seems to be like a lighter army green, but its just a color. Also the snap seal was kind of hard to open at first but after a day it got easier for me. Overall this product has great quality, easy to use and performs wonderfully. I will be buying more in the near future!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great for 2 months, then the seal stopped working! Bought 2 of these mug a couple months ago and loved, loved, LOVED them! No leaks! liquid stays HOT for a very long time as promised! And of course...Dishwasher safe! I rushed back to the store to buy 2 more. Then all of a sudden, 1 by 1 the seals started to leak. I found that if I dried the parts thoroughly, that I was able to correct the problem for a short period of time. At this point, we also started hand washing the mugs, since we thought maybe the heat could be causing an issue. Now, they leak even though we are hand washing them, and even if the parts are dried thoroughly. To elaborate on the problem, the hole in the lid where you drink from does not leak...but the seal where you screw the lid on is what is leaking. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong, but in visiting this site, I see that there are others having the same problem. It seems to be a performance flaw.

I found this out when I took it to work the first time I bought it. I put it down on my desk and completely forgot about it. I was 8 hours into my 12 hr shift and realized I had not taken one sip, so I was checking to see HOW cold it was, it was still piping hot!!! Best $13 I ever spent.

The seal is still just as tight as the day I got it and that's saying a lot for all the heavy construction sites it's been to and all the coffee it's had in it. Just a wonderful product! Rated 3 out of 5 by from Didn't Last Long I've purchased Contigo in the past and still have them to this day. Unfortunately, the new models suck. I purchased 2 new mugs and they lasted a couple of months before they stopped keeping anything warm let alone hot. The only saving grace is the warranty and the great customer service. I've got 2 more replacement mugs coming in the mail within 17 days so, fingers crossed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Serves the purpose.. seal sits on very tight I have had this bottle for quite sometime and I must I am happy using it. But every time the snap the seal on the bottle, it takes too much effort to open it. I am not sure if any other buyers have ran into this issue. I checked with my other friends too and then agreed to this notice. For the same reason, I never actually seal the top but sometimes when I do it, I regret it.

A few months ago my Contigo stopped working properly, it just didn’t keep the cool so I just remplaced it. My last one, a 20 oz one presented exactly the same problem, it didn’t maintain the cool and exude all the body as soon as you place some iced water on it. How can I prevent this to happen again?

It is convenient to snap it open or closed and keep my coffee hotter than all the others regardless of price. I have different colors and sizes depending on what and where I am going. I have never been disappointed with their service. I can take my pick of what I want.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best - and toughest - mug ever! This was my first ever Contigo mug that I purchased three years ago, after reading a review in a local newspaper. I use it daily to keep both cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot. I can fill it with ice cubes and water, and 10-12 hours later, there are still ice cubes. With the lid off, ice cubes can last 6-8 hours. Hot drinks easily last for the advertised 8 hours and more. But what I love most is the amazing durability. I ride a motorcycle, and carry my Contigo in an external backpack pocket. Suffice to say, I've had it slip out last year on a stretch of highway while going at 100 km/hr, where it bounced and tumbled on concrete and asphalt for several hundred meters. But when I recovered it from the side of the highway, I was surprised to find that the lid stayed on and my drink was safe. It survived intact, albeit dented and scratched. To this day, it continues to work perfectly. Best drink mug ever!

I recently made some coffee one evening and went to bed before I finished drinking it. 12 hours later the coffee was still luke-warm. And it's 20oz instead of the paltry 16oz! The insulation for cold water is just as amazing. Bravo!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from leaks I have only had this mug since Christmas 2019. Less than one year. Today is not the first time it has leaked. The seal inside has stretched which allows the coffee to seep out. I try to remember when I wash it to push the seal back in. Must have forgot because today I have a major leak and the seal is too stretched to go back in place. So it goes in the trash!!
