Rubber spoutLove this cup, love that it doesn't leak, my child loves this cup. However I wish you could replace JUST the rubber spout, my kid keeps chewing holes in it and I dont wanna have to keep buying a whole new cup because nothing is wrong with the cup itself it's just the rubber spout

Wish we could buy replacement tops! These are my kids’ favorite water bottles. I’ve purchased a dozen or more of them over the years. They are easy to clean and we’ve never had a mold issue (caveat: we only use them for water). The problem that I keep running into us with the rubber spouts. We’ve had three get chewed through and two or three have simply fallen off, which is a concern with small children, as they are small enough to choke on. I really wish that we could buy replacement tops separately, as it seems like a waste to replace the entire bottle, though they can be recycled. Other than that issue, they’re great water bottles that hold up well. We had the handle of one of them break, but it took 2-3 years of abuse beforehand. Other than the spouts, I really like these.

Great cup for no leaking but a couple issuesWe do love how this cup doesn’t leak that’s why we went out and bought so many. But does it have replacement parts for it? My child has bit a hole in 4 of the rubber mouth prices now and they are too expensive for us to keep on replacing. The handle also broke on one of ours but I’m sure that was from my kid eating it as well.

Filling the landfills! While I am writing this review for the kids bottle with the silicone spout, and can NOT agree more with the many reviews; this is part of a bigger problem. Contiguous does not make replacement lids or parts for lids for any of their water bottle products! I can only find uses for so many bottles with no lids. Where are all those now useless (as water bottles) bottles supposed to go? This should be a huge environmental concern! I don’t care if I have to pay for a new lid/parts - I do care about the complete waste of a non recyclable product. Get on the ball Contigo!

Didn’t last a DayI bought my kids the cups for Christmas and on the car ride home from grandmas my kid had chewed off the rubber spouts on both bottles. I don’t want to buy a whole new bottle. Why isn’t the spout more durable? It’s pretty much a guarantee that a toddler would want to chew on that spout. I would not recommend this product to anyone. This hasn’t happened with my adult version and my kids drink from that a lot.

How to dry the inside?I really love this water bottle that I just bought for my two girls but I’ve been concerned on how I am supposed to get the inside suction under the lid to dry. I use a straw cleaner to get in there but doesn’t seem very sanitary since there seems to be no way for that same part to dry. That will definitely cause mold! I wouldn’t even be able to see it unless I broke the lid in half to get into the center. How do I go about getting a refund?

Generally great water bottleIn general we love this water bottle, but we’ve had three break right at the handle. I can’t find replacement lids for the child’s bottle. So that’s a downside. Help?

Want to love thisJust bought the dino one today for my almost 4 yr old son and he's already chewed through the rubber/silicone(?) spout in only a couple hours. He's had the zak brand water bottle for like 2 years and never chewed through the spout. So really sad this is so easy to chew through. At least the bottle still works but I expected a little more from the brand as they are known for their quality. The bottle is super cute though and my son loves it too.
