Air Valve doesn't workSo I bought this bottle from Target about 2-3 weeks ago. Looked nice. But functionally it's a bad design. There is a supposed air valve in the cap but it doesn't actually do anything. Can't take a long drink without stopping to let the air in through the spout. If the temperature changes, the spout when opened becomes a water fountain and ends up soaking you or anything around you. Very flawed design overall. Of all the Contigo bottles I have purchased over the years, this is the nicest looking but most worthless, expensive bottle.

Wasted moneyI love Contigo water bottles and I needed a new one and when I found one in a color I love I was excited but of all the Contigo bottles I've bought this is the only one I hate. The pressure valve doesn't work so there's only one weak drink before the lid needs to be opened to get the pressure righted to get another drink through the straw. Also, the autospout and carrying handle are situated that you have have both the spout and handle up at the same time. Worst design ever. I've been looking for a new lid so I can still use the bottle but there doesn't seem to be anywhere I can get just a new lid. Pretty disappointed in this bottle.

Absolute garbageUsed it once, ended up leaking some water on my passenger seat because it fell over (since I couldn't put it in my cup holder because it didn't fit). Washed it (top rack of dishwasher) and the lid fell apart. Could not get back together. Disappointed.

The worst water bottle!!!!I had to replace another water bottle I had with the Autoseal which was a great bottle so I chose to go with the same company. What a mistake!! I use my bottle just for a liquid mix I use at work. From the beginning this this has leaked like crazy. I thought the ‘straw’ was set incorrectly so I made adjustments and it still leaks! I don’t use it for running or walking. It just had to keep my water and powder drink mix and not leak when I shake said bottle. But it leaks every bloody time!!!! The first time I used it, I made the mistake of opening the spout and my sweet drink mix went all over my desk and clothes. Now when I use the bottle and mix it I have to hold a paper towel over the top to make sure it doesn’t leak and/or spill. I will be looking for a new bottle and throwing this one away. I won’t even subject anyone to this excuse of a water bottle to anyone else by donating it.

Defective DesignBought two of these bottles from Walmart and both have the same defective design issue.
There is supposed to be an air vent which activates when the spout is opened allowing you to suck water out of it.
The air vent doesn’t work so you have to loosen the lid in order to get any water.

Worst Water BottleIt leaks everywhere & it pops open all the time. The straw is to long that it makes it hard to get water to come out. You can't mix anything in it because if you shake it the water goes everywhere.

No air gets in to let water outI have to loosen the lid in order to drink. No air gets in to let water through the straw. Have worn water a few times if I forget to retighten the lid then, worthless bottle.

BuyerBecause my favorite is a different 32 oz Contigo bottle, I bought this one. It immediately siphoned out all 32 ounces all over my furniture and into a drawer
