I use it at the gym, when our and about, and even at home. It is well insulated and keeps my cold drinks super cold and I never have issues with it leaking or breaking. It's super easy to clean as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Contigo Quality Bottle with Filter I have several Contigo water bottles and really like their Autoseal lid design. I prefer to tilt the bottle as opposed to sipping up through a straw. The push button release is easy to use for me and keeps water from spilling. The stainless steel bottle is the same as the other Contigo bottles keeping liquid cold for many hours. The Autoseal lid design is the same as well with the addition of a filter attachment mechanism in the lid. The filter is attached to the lid an extends a little less than half way down inside the bottle. This allows me to add ice on the bottom half as opposed to straw type filters which extend to the bottom of the bottle. The carbon filter is easy to clean/replace when needed. Water is slower coming through the filter than without one but that is to be expected. While I'm a fan of Contigo water bottles, there's always areas for improvement. As the filtered lid fits other Contigo bottles, it would have been nice to be able to just buy the filtered lid without having to buy another bottle too. Also, the imprinted metal ring on the bottom of the bottles is not the most stable and with even just the slightest dent, can be wobbly. I purchased some third party silicone bottle sleeves that cover the bottom and come up about an inch. These solve the stability issue and minor dents on the bottom. Contigo could at least include these with the bottle or offer them as an add-on when purchasing. They were only a few dollars extra.
