Love the Tumbler - can not get cap off!
I love this Luxe Biscay Bay Tumbler. It is spill proof and that is super important to me as I have it in my work bag all day. My issue is that it is extremely hard to open. I have been having issues with it and now I can’t even get it open. I have even tried running it under hot water! That is the only downfall to this tumbler. It saddens me that it doesn’t open and I haven’t found a better spill proof tumbler for work while this is out of commission.

You satisfied me once again Contigo
This is a great tumbler for my morning out the door smoothie...reviews I have read state the straw makes a gurgling noise when you sip ... I find it entertaining so it does not brother me.. peopl have complain about the color tumblers peeling that happens over time they are pretty and all that is why I only buy the plain stainless steel Contigo water bottles I got 6 and use everyone of them ... great quality long lasting..A plus for me.

Great spill proof bottle
I LOVE this cup...have 2 of these 24 ouncers! However...I drink tea in them every day. I clean the straw and valve every day. Some days a simple rinse and sometimes with my straw brush. I soak them once a week in a mostly water with a hint of bleach because they still get yucky. I wish I could buy a replacement straw/valve once in a while. The cup is fine but don't want to spend money on a whole new cup!

Started off great...
I loved everything about this cup for the whole 2 weeks! Then my 7 month old grabbed the straw and it snapped on the inside of the cup! I’ve looked everywhere for a replacement I can think of and even the Contigo website doesn’t offer replacement straws! So my cup is useless now!

Nothing “LUXE” about it
Not sure why this is called “Luxe” because there’s nothing “luxe” about this tumbler. I was hoping the outside of it would feel soft, easy to grip, prevents dropping with the outside material providing some traction. Nope. Don’t waste your money on this.

Best cup for 991 Porsche
Bottle locked into my cup holder and didn't spill ever, finally worn out and now I can't find a replacement one. Very disappointed. Loved this cup. Removed the straw the first day as it was terrible but the cup kept cold for hours.

Love my tumbler
It's outstanding. Easy to use and lives up to its advertisement as spill proof.
I only have one complaint.
The texture of the side and lid are so smooth, that it's hard to grip to open if closed to tight.
