16oz version seems better built
Purchased the 16oz version of this and it was awesome.
So I bought the 20oz version for the greater capacity. Unfortunately, despite having no physical damage- it lost it's vacuum and no longer keeps drinks hot/cold within a couple months of owning it.
So I went out and bought a second 20oz only to have the exact same thing happen to that one. I've reverted back to my 16oz mug because that's the only mug that seems to be able to keep my drinks hot/cold. Have also had absolutely zero luck trying to file a warranty claim. If there's a way to do so on this website, it's buried and not east to find.

Tuff Stuff!!!

Love this product! Easy to drink from, absolutely no spill all the time, keeps your beverage cold even in the sun. Way better than Yeti for no spill! A must have beverage container.

My ONLY Mug
This is the only TRULY spill-proof mug that I have ever used!! It keeps my coffee hot all day, fits my hand perfectly and even fits my car cup holder.
I had inadvertently left my old Contigo mug at church on Sunday morning and it never made it to the lost and found. I couldn't wait to get my new Contigo mug! I had to put up with coffee that was cold after one sip and never truly enjoyed my coffee again until my new mug arrived.

Very comfortable to use and super tough!
Love my Contigo! My first interaction with a Contigo is finding one in the road that had fully survived a fall from a vehicle on the road leaving a nearby campsite (see picture). As soon as I picked it up and tried the comfortable spring-loaded valve setup that could be opened for dishwasher cleaning, I was sold! Bought my own shortly thereafter. 30 Oz. Unit is narrow enough to fit in my cars cup holder and keeps coffee warm for hours. Highly recommended!

Something to check
I have used Contigos for years. My first ones didn't have pull lever inside the lid for cleaning and no seal lock. I loved the improvements that allowed better cleaning in the lid and the seal and lock. I could carry it in my purse and not worry about leaking and beverage stayed hotter or colder longer. But last summer I bought a new one to keep in our RV. I was so DISAPPOINTED with the lock. It was so hard to lock or unlock with one hand. So if you decide to buy a Contigo, check that it is easy to use the lock. So sorry a great product was redesigned.

Better than expected
I expected a "travel mug" What I got was phenomenal value and a fantastic product! Hot coffee stays hot outside in cold weather longer than anything I have ever used before and I am old so Ive used a lot of products. The cover seals, the lock feature means no accidental pours and I am recommending this to everyone I know.

Best Thing I’ve Found In The Ditch Yet
I found this and it works perfect for my classic and vintage vehicles that don’t have cup holders. No, it’s not what you think- try 1983 Escort. The economy is tough and it’s paid off. It. Does. Not. Leak. Or. Spill. Anything. I drove past it twice a day for almost two weeks- it was sitting in the ditch of a county road so I grabbed it, took it home and cleaned it up. It likely fell off of somebody’s flatbed when they were checking their cattle on cornstalks but despite the dent, it’s pretty good. I don’t know how this was taken care of before I found it but I don’t know if it keeps this warm for 7-8 hours, especially if you are outside. I took it hunting and it was nice just to shove in a pocket someplace and have something warmish to drink all morning.
