Great design but hard to clean.
I love this mug, just like all the other designs. That's why I give them to family and friends. BUT there is an issue with this mug I dont have with any others. The inside stains easily and scrubbing for 4 days with different soaps/pastes will not remove the permanent ring around the inside of the cup - about 1 1/2 inches from the top, nor can is remove the dark stain around the button in the bottom of the mug. I was able to scratch some of it with my very thick/hard finger-nails after 4 days but it should not take this amount of scrubbing to clean it. I have tried everything I can think of but to no avail. The handle paint is chipping as well yet it is handwashed, no dishwasher.

Love it but hard to clean!
Love this mug and all the contigo designs. But its impossible to get the inside clean. After 4 days scrubbing there is still a ring inside about 1.5 inches from the top and tthe button at the bottom. The only thing that could get the bottom stuff is my hard nails. I dont understand why it should take that much scrubbing to get it clean and still have a ring around the top. The handle coating is chipping at the top too yet I dont have a dishwasher.

I love my new Coffee Mug!!
I got this new Contigo Mug as a Christmas present and I am loving it! It kept my morning coffee hot for a longer period now. It has a nice outer look and it is so functional. On some hot days when I filled it up with cold beverage, it stayed that way as I slowly sip my way throughout the day. Whether hot or cold, this lovely mug kept them the way i want it!

Best coffee mug - Ever!
I love how long this mug keeps my coffee hot. I have the luxury of lazy morning coffee and have been searching for a mug that will keep it hot to the last drop. This mug is it. I am very particular about a mug in that it must have a "three-finger" handle and this mug has that. I also love that the mug is so light. At 70 my grip is getting weaker and a light mug is a pleasure.

I love my mug.
Pros : I really like the handle as it fits securely in my arthritic hands. Excellent hot and cold properties.
Cons: The lid fits securely but it’s beginning to warp slightly. It has always been hand washed.

One of the best cup I've ever had.
I really like my Contigo coffee cup mug I only wish the cover had a place to put just my straw and could close it when not in use. I like my cup cold and hot beverages worked out well for me.

Very hard to drink from with lid attached the sliding panel means the drink flows out awkwardly and messy , keeps cool or hot well though
