Mug is fine. Lid, not so much.
I love(d) my 20 ounce travel mugs. I have six of them. I use three every day, my husband two. They keep my coffee and broth hot all day, and my water ice cold. I say loved, because while I have 6 mugs, I only have two functional lids. I even called the company to see if there was some secret to using/cleaning the lids to keep the seal from coming out. Seals are almost impossible to put back into place, rendering the mugs useless. In my opinion, this company could make a ton of money if they manufactured and sold replacement lids. I’m quite disappointed with the longevity of the product.

No rubber ball no fit
I believe that this could be one of the best mugs I have ever owned. Til the little ball came up missing after it fell off. The mug don't keep my hot drink hot nor my cold dinks cold.

Not my favourite contigo travel mug
I enjoy the size of the mug and that it does not leak. I have two of these but neither of them will keep my coffee hot for longer than 1 hour. Other contigo mugs I own will at least keep my coffee hot throughout the morning whereas if I poor coffee into this mug and drink from it an hour later it will be luke warm. Disappointed in this as I enjoy having the larger sized travel mugs but only if they can keep my coffee hot enough. Unsure if this is just a faulty pair that I got, these are definitely the ones I reach for last.

Used to love their products...
It says Hot and Cold which it does a great job of keeping both temps where you want them for a long time. I still find ice in it after 12 hours of pouring liquid in over it.
BUT the problem is if I have hot liquid in (tea) it leaks. I make sure the lid is on properly and I burp out the steam during the day. But it still leaks on me when I drink or pour it. It has also tipped over and leaked all over my car which I was not happy about. Leaking hot liquids can cause an injury. Maybe make a product for either or.
I am a long time user of their mugs, back to when they first started selling at Costco. I have purchased so many for gifts and suggested them to perfect strangers. They charge a good amount for their products and I used to think it was worth it but not any more.

Excellent water bottle!
We have 12 of the Byron 20 ounce bottles that we use on our pontoon boat. They keep beverages cold all day and, as an added bonus, they even float when full.
Two of them had sealing rings that went bad. Filed a claim with Contigo and received replacements after 3 days! Excellent customer service!

Won’t buy a different brand!!
I’m not sure how people find themselves in the predicament that they do, but for me, I have not one single complaint about my 20 ounce travel mug. It does exactly what I expected to do and don’t have any problems with the seal or the rubber ball leaking.

I’m not feeling it spitting liquid at me
I like how it keep drinks cold or hot and I even like the teal color one I got but the only thing I don’t like about it is when I go to open it it basically spit sprays liquid at me luckily I haven’t had anything hot in it and even if I open away from my body it still sprays liquid out I don’t know about recommending this because it spits at you maybe I’ll try a different mug from this company
