Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great design but hard to clean. I love this mug, just like all the other designs. That's why I give them to family and friends. BUT there is an issue with this mug I dont have with any others. The inside stains easily and scrubbing for 4 days with different soaps/pastes will not remove the permanent ring around the inside of the cup - about 1 1/2 inches from the top, nor can is remove the dark stain around the button in the bottom of the mug. I was able to scratch some of it with my very thick/hard finger-nails after 4 days but it should not take this amount of scrubbing to clean it. I have tried everything I can think of but to no avail. The handle paint is chipping as well yet it is handwashed, no dishwasher.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it but hard to clean! Love this mug and all the contigo designs. But its impossible to get the inside clean. After 4 days scrubbing there is still a ring inside about 1.5 inches from the top and tthe button at the bottom. The only thing that could get the bottom stuff is my hard nails. I dont understand why it should take that much scrubbing to get it clean and still have a ring around the top. The handle coating is chipping at the top too yet I dont have a dishwasher.

I have the luxury of lazy morning coffee and have been searching for a mug that will keep it hot to the last drop. This mug is it. I am very particular about a mug in that it must have a "three-finger" handle and this mug has that. I also love that the mug is so light. At 70 my grip is getting weaker and a light mug is a pleasure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Steel Mug review This is the second one I have bought, so that is a good thing. Pros: Great durable metal mug. I primarily use for cold drinks pool side and it does a good job keeping drinks cool. Add in a few ice cubes and you are good for hours. The rubber on the bottom is nice to keep the mog in place on uneven surfaces. Cons: The paint chips a little more then expected. The drinking hole in the lid could be a little larger, however that could be an "in the eye of the beholder" thing. Side note, I could see myself buying an 18oz "beer mug" version of this if it was available.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love my mug. Pros : I really like the handle as it fits securely in my arthritic hands. Excellent hot and cold properties. Cons: The lid fits securely but it’s beginning to warp slightly. It has always been hand washed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my new Coffee Mug!! I got this new Contigo Mug as a Christmas present and I am loving it! It kept my morning coffee hot for a longer period now. It has a nice outer look and it is so functional. On some hot days when I filled it up with cold beverage, it stayed that way as I slowly sip my way throughout the day. Whether hot or cold, this lovely mug kept them the way i want it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best travel mug I ever had. This is simply a great mug. Owned it for 4 years. I work in a machine shop and use it as my daily coffee mug. It's been dropped, banged, dented and it still works flawlessly. Keeps my coffee hot for 2-3 hours. Love it. If it ever gets lost or crushed or stolen I'll will get another without hesitation. Now if it could only fit my car mug holder. lol
