Close to being perfectI bought the 24oz snapdeal travel mug a few years ago. Unfortunately, it's been leaking since day one. Discovered this on a 2hr road trip. Mug was sitting on the floor and tipped over at some point. When I grabbed it to take a sip, the floor mat was soaked. I later learned that the top will leak even if you shake the mug too much. It leaks around the threads of the top, not the spout; that leads me to believe that the gasket is inadequate. I love this mug b/c coffee stays piping hot for at least three hours, and still hotter than warm 5hrs later! This mug would be better than Yeti if it didn't leak.
Unfortunately, I can't even order a replacement gasket or top!

I USED to tell everyone about your mugs....The snap and seal was "ok" for about 2-3 weeks. But the seal in the lid stretch out. Very disappointed In my choice of coffee mug. I bragged about your company since 2015, when I got 2 auto seal mugs. Stays hot for hours. Est 8 hours. AMAZING, PERFECT. I went on vacation took my mug with me and gave one to my friend I was visiting. Unfortunately i forgot mine. My friend loves them both. SHE WON'T SEND MINE BACK. Needed a new mug. Wrong choice. Auto seal is the way to go!

After a month the lid leaksI purchased this just over a month ago and now the lid leaks. I’ve tried to fix it over and over by reinserting the seal. The seal seems to stretch each time you take the lid down. I have five of your mugs and the two with the lids like this one both leak. I threw the first one in the trash, thinking it was just something wrong with the way I was using it. Then when I purchased the new one and the same thing happened I knew it wasn’t me. Now I have a mug that is just over a month old that’s useless.

Great insulation, terrible sealKeeps cold drink cold for a long time, particularly if there is ice in it. But the gasket seal for the lid is terrible. Mine did not leak like so many others, but it falls out every time I wash it. Mine is less than a year old and it has stretched and fallen out many times. It should either be installed using adhesive or manufactured as an integral part of the lid, not something just to slip into place. It did not stretch due to heat because I never used it for hot liquids and never put it in dishwasher (also washing/rinsing in cold to lukewarm water, never hot). Oh, and their "lifetime warranty" is only 5 years... that is what they consider to be the lifetime of the product per my phone call with one of their representatives.

Great product if you replace it every 6 monthsPurchased 3 of the Bryron 2.0 Stainless Steel Travel mugs in the fall of 2021. The travel mugs have been great... They are easy to use, clean well and look good. The problem we have is the o-ring seals have become distorted and no longer seal properly. Because the seals are not working properly coffee drips out between the cover and the container. I called to see if I could get new seals and that is not possible. The company was willing to replace the whole mug but I do not have time to keep replacing the whole mug every 6-9 months because the seals are faulty. Please make a replacement seal for this mug.

Love love love this! Better than Yeti!!!These are better than yeti products!!! I bought my first when I was traveling for work and forgot my yeti at home. The a/c broke at the site I was at. So, I went to Walmart and got a 32 oz auto seal spout. Was THE BEST purchase I’ve made in a long time!! Kept my drink cold in 98 degrees ALL day! I have 7 now in different styles and sizes and love the no spill feature! 11 out of 10! I won’t let anyone use them in my house! Lol...

Great mug! This has become my favorite mug to take while on the go. I don’t often have time to drink hot tea or coffee in the mornings at home so I fill this mug up and head out the door. I love that this mug holds 24 ounces of liquid and actually fits in my cup holder in my car. The best feature of this mug is the leak-proof lid. I also love the convenience of using one hand and thumb and flipping the lid to drink and snapping it back when I am done. I usually drink my hot drink within a few hours and it does keep my coffee/tea hot the whole time. I have used it a couple of times with cold drinks and was impressed that it kept my drinks cold for several hours.

Not enough insulation!I had 2 of the 20oz travel mugs, and loved them - I could leave them out, no lid, with ice and tea all night, and they would retain most of the ice until the next morning. I have since bought the Byron 24 oz cup, and the insulation is terrible! Left uncovered in the refrigerator, with ice and tea, it loses almost all the ice (and this is in the fridge all night!). In other words, it loses more in the fridge than my 20oz lost sitting out at room temp! I am SO disappointed! The snap lid and all the rest of the cup is great, but it really doesn't hold the temp well at all, hot or cold. Am I doing something wrong? Please advise...
