A Fantastic Travel Mug
The Contigo 20 oz Superior SnapSeal mug is an exceptional mug around the house, in the office, and on the road. The stainless steel keeps whatever I am drinking hot or cold for hours, and at 20 oz, there's plenty to drink. The SnapSeal lid is also fantastic to have when our cats like to knock over drinks around the house. The handle is easy to hold and provides an excellent grip to control the flow. The mug is also easy to clean, thanks to the stainless steel. Thanks to the narrow profile, this mug should fit into nearly any cupholder without issue. Overall, I would buy another mug just to have a spare or one to share. It's my new go-to mug!

I would give it 5 stars but......
I've had mine for at least 4 yrs now and I really like it. I've also dropped it many times and even broke the handle and had to glue it back on the mug. The mug works good(or did), but is not keeping coffee hot for as long as it used to, I feel a lot of this is due to the gasket in the lid, that has lost some of its sealing properties, that and the loose handle, so I am here to buy another because my local Walmart doesn't carry this model. you should really offer replacement gaskets for the lids because they are REALLY good cups!!!!

Perfect travel mug!
This is the best travel mug ever! In the morning I fill it with my coffee. It’s larger than the standard tumbler so it fits all of my coffee and allows a bit of room for creamer. The seal really works, I’ve tried to get it to leak and it won’t. My coffee stays hot in here for hours then too, but the mug stays cool to the touch. Once my coffee if gone I rinse it out and use it for ice water. The coffee flavor is not retained, and then the mug keeps my water cold for hours. It’s the perfect combo of a coffee mug and a water bottle- I need another one for my husband so we don’t fight over it!

I you have money to throw away buy this
I have purchased three of these, I love how it keeps my tea hot and it doesnt drip. That is it doesnt drip as long as the tiny rubber seal stays in tact. I am so disappointed that you do not offer seals nor lids. It keeps my ice for a long time too
That is the only design flaw.

Best travel mug I own
The mug is made with high-quality materials and seems like it’s built to last. The 20oz size is perfect for holding a decent amount of liquid whether it's coffee, tea or any other beverage.
I like that the mug has an easy-to-use push-button lid that opens and closes with just one hand. The lid is also leak-proof and spill-proof, which is great for when I'm on the go. My drinks stay hot for hours, which is perfect for long commutes to work and is able to fit in my cup holder which is great.

Great travel mug!
On my way to work, I needed something to drink coffee that wasn't bulky but functioned great. The slim mug fits perfectly into my cupholders with the handle giving plenty of clearance away from hitting anything and causing an incident. I really like the click open and close top along with it only allowing small sips to be taken at a time. You can also orient the top to be held left or right-handed. The travel mug kept my coffee warm for a few hours after forgetting it a couple of times in the truck which was nice to come back to. Overall it feels like a fantastically built mug that definitely performs as I needed it to for on-the-go.

keeps coffee hot
This travel mug is a great mug to have. I have been using it for about one month so far. It has a snap seal to seal the drinking spout when it is not in use. Thye snap seal helps keep the drink hot or cold since it completely seals the mug. I have only used this with coffee so far. It keeps coffee hot for around 2 or 3 hours before his coffee starts to get warm. The lid can be screwed on two different places so that both left-handed and right-handed people can use it. It fits in our vehicles' cup holders perfectly. I have hand-washed it several times. It is easy to clean.
