Orders will ship via FedEx. FedEx is unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. Shipping rates are pulled directly from FedEx when you provide a shipping address during check-out, and reflect the current FedEx prices for delivery to your zip code.
Regretfully, we cannot provide shipping to countries other than the U.S. and Canada at this time. If you are interested in purchasing Contigo® products and you are outside of the U.S. and Canada, please see our section on International Distribution for more info on making a purchase.
Delivery times below include the time it takes to process your order. You will receive an email from FedEx confirming shipment of your order and containing your tracking number 3 - 4 business days after placing your order.
Please note that you wil not receive a shipment confirmation or tracking number for orders containing only replacement lids and/or cleaning brushes. Orders containing only replacement lids and/or cleaning brushes will ship via USPS and will be delivered in 7 - 10 business days.
