Shipping Info

All orders will ship via UPS. UPS is unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. Shipping rates are pulled directly from UPS when you provide a shipping address during check-out, and reflect the current UPS prices for delivery to your zip code. 

Regretfully, we cannot provide shipping to countries other than the U.S. and Canada at this time.  If you are interested in purchasing Contigo^® products and you are outside of the U.S. and Canada, please see our section on International Distribution for more info on making a purchase. 

Delivery times below include the time it takes to process your order.  You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number when your order ships. 

Please note that you wil not receive a shipment confirmation or tracking number for replacement lids.  Replacement lids are shipped from a separate location via USPS.
