Do you have any tips to make sure my lid is screwed on tightly?
  • Tip for screwing on lids easily and safely:
  • Place lid on top of mug.
  • Apply slight downward pressure and rotate counter clockwise until you hear a click and lid falls into place.
  • Proceed to rotate clockwise to tighten down.
Are all lids dishwasher safe?
  • Yes, all lids are dishwasher safe but we recommend rinsing them prior to putting them in the dishwasher. Simply push the button and let the water run through the spout as well as the vent and then you can toss them right in the dishwasher.
I don't see the replacement part I need on your website. Where can I find other replacement parts?
  • Our website is currently the only place to buy replacement lids. If you don't see your lid, feel free to email us or give us a ring at 1-888-262-0622 and we will try to help you find what you are looking for!

How will I know when my order ships? Will I receive a tracking number?
  • You will receive an email from FedEx confirming shipment of your order and containing your tracking number within 2 - 3 business days after placing your order. If you select the SmartPost option, you will only be able to track the package to your local post office. From there, the package is sent USPS and can no longer be tracked via FedEx. Also, please note that you will not receive a shipment notification email or tracking number for orders containing only replacement lids and/or cleaning brushes. Orders containing only replacement lids and/or cleaning brushes are sent via USPS.
How much will the shipping cost on my order?
  • Shipping via SmartPost in the contiguous US is a flat $4.99 unless you spend $35 or more and it's free! If you are ordering in bulk, orders over $150, standard shipping rates apply. If you are looking for next day or any other accelerated shipping method, and if you are in Canada then the costs are pulled directly from FedEx when you enter your shipping address during check out. We cannot provide exact shipping costs because they are based on your shipping zip code and current FedEx rates, which fluctuate.

What are your water bottles made out of?
  • Most of our water bottles are made out of BPA free and FDA approved Tritan which is more durable than a traditional plastic. But for confirmation, please go to the features/specs tab on the product detail page to confirm the material.
What is a double wall plastic construction?
  • Double-wall construction means that the water bottle or travel mug body features both an inner wall and an outer wall. This style of construction helps retain the beverage’s temperature and reduces sweating and condensation.
What is a vacuum insulation construction?
  • Vacuum insulation means that the travel mug or water bottle features both inner and outer walls made of stainless steel, and that the air between those walls is removed to create a highly-insulated barrier. This form of insulation delivers the best hot or cold retention possible and also prevents condensation and sweating.
