Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
We can only ship to the U.S. and Canada at this time. We do sell our products to retailers outside of the U.S., however. Please see the International Distribution section of the FAQs page for details.
When can I expect to receive my order?

How will I know when my order ships? Will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive an email from FedEx confirming shipment of your order and containing your tracking number within 3 - 4 business days after placing your order. The tracking will come directly from FedEx, so please double check your junkmail/spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. Also, note that you will not receive a shipment notification email or tracking number for orders containing only replacement lids and/or cleaning brushes. Orders containing only replacement lids and/or cleaning brushes are sent via USPS.
How much will the shipping cost on my order?
Shipping costs are pulled directly from FedEx when you enter your shipping address during check out. We cannot provide exact shipping costs because they are based on your shipping zip code and current FedEx rates, which fluctuate. As a starting point, if you live in the continental U.S., you should expect to pay about $8 for one item. Additional items add about 50 cents to $1.00 each to the shipping cost.
How do I ship to an APO or FPO address?
Unfortunately, we do not have the capabilities to ship to an APO or FPO address at this time.
Once I place my order, when can I expect it to ship?
Orders will ship within 1 business day, unless otherwise noted next to the item.
