Bought a couple of these 2-packs for my daughter to use for water for school lunches. About once a week, the bottle leaks all the water all over the button gets pushed by just being put in the water bottle mesh holder on the side of her lunchbox, and if it gets set down sideways, out all the water comes, it also sometimes gets the button pressed just a tiny bit from being in her bag, and leaks on her books and papers. It works well for car rides when it's in her cup holder, and for her gymnastics class when it sits on the shelf, but not great for putting in any type of bag or lunchbox,

Purchased 4 (2 pack) of these after Autospout failed us. Was tired if chewed silicone and not working all together.
Of the 3 packs opened half of the cups have cracked and are not usable any more.
We always hand wash, but these cups are very brittle. One drop on the floor and they are done!
Wish we could combine the Autospout cups with the Autoseal lids!
We now have 3 usable lids with no cup...

I bought a set nearly 4 years ago, thinking they would be great in my purse and that my infant wouldn't be able to open it. I've had maybe 4 leaks, with simply tossing it in my bag (i assume the button got pushed). By 9months old, the baby could operate the button using both hands, so he got his own pack. We are both using them today.
During the summer i have 4 of these in my bag, no leaks, and not too heavy to carry around the park.

The only time I've had a problem washing them was when Uncle poured in some butterfinger milkshake. Lol! That took a couple washings.

These cups do not live up the quaility I've come to expect from Contigo. For the price we paid I expect them to work perfectly. We purchased 2 - 2 packs for our son and daughter and all four of them leak! I don't recommend these cups.

LOVE these bottles. They are easy to use, easy to clean, and fit very well in my boy's lunchboxes. Yes, if they are facing just the right way and get "pressed" by another item in the box, they do leak. However. I just make sure they are not facing the thermos or other items in the lunchbox and tell my 7 year old boys to do the same for the trip home. We don't have any leaks.

I purchased the purple & pink pack, originally intending to give them to my children, but I ended up keeping them both for myself!! The button is quite hard to press, and it requires a bit of effort, so it's not be suitable for my toddler, but it's a great bottle for when I go to yoga (no more unscrewing caps and rushing to take a sip before the instructor goes onto the next pose). I haven't had any problems at all with leakage, and I'm actually looking for more of these since they're so awesome - they're pretty stylish too!!!

You cannot clean the lid properly. This is a discussing design aimed to poison your child with mildew etc. The black (mildew) that is around the autoseal place is impossible to clean. I have read many reviews about this same problem. I will be contacting Costco on this matter, which is where i purchased the cups (8) and recommend that they remove these disease ridden cups be removed immediately from their shelves.I will also be using social media as a tool to get this message out.Your prompt reply would be greatly appreciated.

We purchased these (or very similar) bottles from Costco for our kids school lunches. While the push-N-seal system works great; there is a fatal design flaw. The push button on the exterior is too exposed on the outside. As the bottle jostles around in the backpack going to school; the button can easily becoming pressed and leak the contents all over.

The button is similar on the hot beverage mugs; but is not an issue as those typically ride in a vehicle cup holder.

We are tossing our water/juice bottles in the trash.

I bought these bottles for my son about a year ago. He is the epitome of a 6 year old boy...spilling and messing and dripping all over the place. These have been a lifesaver around the house and in my car! The button is extremely secure and honestly I just can't agree with the other review. It would be VERY difficult for this button to be pushed by simply having another object lean against it. You need to physically get your thumb on there and push. I'm thinking the other review didn't have a Contigo product to begin with...I LOVE their products!

These were my favorite when my children were younger as they were a more natural progression in drinking since they did not have to suck on the cup to get a drink, the drink was free flowing once the button was depressed.

Once they were school age they were unable to use them because although they never leaked around the seal, the button was invariably depressed in lunchboxes or backpacks resulting in lots of soggy stuff.

Sure wish they locked like the travel coffee mugs!

Whoever wrote that last review is dumb and like she said, they are similar bottles but not Contigo. So why write a jerky review? I bought these bottles for my toddler to take to daycare. The button is very hard to push. So hard to push that my six-year old is using them in her LUNCHBOX. My toddler cannot push the button. Not once have they leaked or has the button accidentally gotten pushed. Excellent product.

We use are bottles on a daily basis. (we did purchase these directly thru contigo) My daughter has the pink & purple & my son has the green & blue ones. Every morning we fill each of their mugs with milk, so they can be like mom & dad with our coffee mugs. If not finished by the time we leave for school they take it in the car with us. We even purchased these for our two nieces.

Nice bottles (got the blue/green set at Chef Central). Only problem - they leak. A lot. One bottle leaked, and I figured that maybe I got a bad one. When the second bottle leaked last week, right through my son's lunchbox and through his backpack, I had had enough.

Agree with the others reviewing re: leakage with these bottles. Bought them years ago for my kids lunches and after one school year the buttons snapped off, the rings around the button came off. Thought maybe we had used them so much it was their time to die. Bought a new set this past year. Even worse. My first grader came home with a soggy bag every time he brought one to school! At first I blamed him thinking he had unscrewed the top and didn't tighten enough -- but no. Found out it happened even before he made it to lunch! Has to be the extended button that got unintentionally pushed between home and cafeteria. We are done and looking for a better design. Def not a lunch bottle!

I bought a two set of these bottles. Was very happy for my kids to have something like mine ( I own a coffee travel mug). And no, in few months these bottles started to leak all over. I now contacted Customer Service and it should have a Lifetime Warranty. Not sure if I want a replacement as it seems to be lack on design part. Won't recommend unfortunately as much as I like my travel mug
