AUTOSEAL® Kids Runabout Cups
WARNING:
- For cold liquids only. Hot liquids may cause burns.
- Always test liquid temperature before giving to child.
- Not intended for carbonated beverages as pressure build-up can cause leaking or spraying.
- Dairy products or other liquids that spoil easily should not be kept in the product for prolonged periods of time.
- To avoid possible injury, do not let children teethe on the drinking spout.
- Check product regularly for proper function and replace immediately if damaged.
- Not intended for use by children under 3 years of age.
- Avoid accidental depressing of the button by keeping button free and clear of other objects.
- Do not overfill. Fill liquids to just below the threading in the body.
- Do not microwave and do not freeze.
- Do not use cleaners containing bleach, chlorine, abrasives, and/or other harsh chemicals.
USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:
- To screw the lid on easily and safely place lid on top of cup. Apply slight downward pressure and rotate counter-clockwise until you hear a click and lid falls into place. Proceed to rotate lid clockwise to tighten down.
- Prior to drinking or giving to child, check to make sure that the lid is securely tightened.
- To drink, press the AUTOSEAL® button with the cup in an upright position and before lifting it to mouth. Return to upright position and release the button to seal the cup.
- This product is leak-proof only when properly maintained, properly assembled, and the AUTOSEAL® button is in the closed position.
- The AUTOSEAL® lid that came with your new purchase is designed to only fit your new Contigo® cup. Not for use with other products.
- AUTOSEAL® lid is designed to help prevent spills from accidental tipping.
- Following your purchase, wash all parts with hot soapy water before use. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Always store with lid removed to allow parts to dry completely.
- All parts are top-rack dishwasher safe.
LID CLEANING TIPS:
Always rinse the lid immediately after each use. Store with lid removed to allow parts to dry completely.
Rinse drink spout and lid vent immediately after use, prior to putting into the dishwasher:
1. Turn lid so the underside is facing up and fill lid with hot soapy water.
2. Tilt the lid back and forth first towards the drink spout and then towards the button while pressing the button to allow the soapy water to rinse
through both the drink spout and the vent hole.
3. Repeat 1 and 2 a few times for best results.

Additional Cleaning Tips:
To clean the top of the lid:
1. Use a non-abrasive sponge or brush head/swab to clean the drink spout in the open and closed position.
2. Rinse while pressing the button to allow the soapy water to rinse through the drink spout.
Clean the underside of the lid with a non-abrasive sponge or swish in hot, soapy water.
If desired, a small, pipe-cleaner-style brush, small arts and crafts paint brush, or a cotton swab can be used to clean the inside of the
AUTOSEAL® mechanism. Turn lid so the underside is facing up and fill lid with hot soapy water. Run brush head or swab along the
following areas to ensure complete cleaning:
1. Underneath and along both sides of the center plastic piece of the lid. Reference "A" and "C" below.
2. Along both the inner and outer walls of the threading. Reference "B" below.
3. The underside of the spout. Reference "D" below.
Rinse repeatedly while pressing the button to allow the soapy water to rinse through the drink spout.

| Kids Stainless Steel Scout Food Jar
Prior to Use:
- Before first use, and after each use, wash all parts with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.
- Always store with lid removed.
- Do not use cleaners containing bleach, chlorine, abrasives, or other harsh chemicals.
- All parts are top-rack dishwasher safe.
- Do not microwave and do not freeze.
To Use:
- Do not overfill. Fill food to just below the lid threading.
- Prior to packing in lunchbox or giving to child, check to make sure that the lid is securely tightened.
- To open, unscrew lid.
- This product is leak-proof only when lid and jar are properly maintained, properly assembled, and the lid is closed tightly on jar.
- The lid that came with this product is designed to only fit your new Contigo® Food Jar. It is not meant to be used on any other product.
CAUTION:
- Dairy products or other foods that spoil easily should not be kept in the product for prolonged periods of time.
- Always test food temperature before giving to child.
- Do not fill with boiling soups. Allow soups to cool for 3 minutes before tightening the lid onto the jar.
- Check product regularly for proper function and replace immediately if damaged.
